Werd meteen aangetrokken tot deze soort en oh wat is het heerlijk zacht van smaak. Extra lekker met eigen gemaakte havermelk met snufje keltisch zout, cayennepeper, kaneel, gember, curcumine, venkel en een lepeltje rauwe kokosolie! Ik heb zelfs de neiging om dagelijks een ceremoniële dosis te nemen van deze soort, wat ik met andere soorten niet heb.
En wie weet is dit tijdelijk wat mijn lichaam in een herstelfase nodig heeft?

Is de dosering ook afhankelijk van je lichaamsgewicht?
